Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks

Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and retention initiatives

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations

Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and culture

Skills & Competencies:

Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience in strategic HR planning and execution

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
