Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Leader to lead the HR function with a strong focus on team leadership, HR transformation, organizational development, mentoring, and business alignment. The role will drive people initiatives, strengthen HR processes, develop the HR team, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership & Strategy

- Lead HR strategy and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce, talent, and organizational priorities.
- Strengthen HR policies, processes, governance, and people practices.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
- Define KRAs, KPIs, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- Build a high-ownership, accountable, and solution-oriented HR team.
- Mentor HR professionals and develop future HR leaders.

HR Transformation

- Drive HR process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Strengthen HRMS adoption, MIS, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Lead change-management initiatives and continuously improve HR practices.
- Explore the use of technology and AI to improve HR effectiveness.

Talent & Organizational Development

- Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning,



and capability building.
- Support leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify people and organizational gaps and implement practical solutions.

Culture & Employee Experience

- Strengthen organizational culture, values, communication, and employee experience.
- Drive recognition, engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
- Promote professionalism, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in HR leadership/team management.
- Strong exposure to HR transformation, organizational development, talent management, mentoring, and HR operations.
- Candidates from any industry are welcome; experience in Fintech, BFSI, Financial Services, IT, Technology, or other process-driven industries will be an advantage.
- Solid leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
