We’re looking for Head Editors to lead an editing team and oversee post-production for our AI microdrama project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the editing team and manage workflows across multiple episodes.
- Plan schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines.
- Review episode cuts and provide transparent, actionable feedback to editors.
- Maintain consistency in storytelling, pacing, continuity, sound, and overall quality.
- Coordinate with the creative team and oversee revisions through final delivery.
You should have strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to guide a team under pressure. Previous experience in long-form content and microdramas is a plus. Interested? DM your CV, portfolio/showreel, and availability.
