Role Summary:

Leads product engineering, platform and infrastructure, security and quality for India's largest 100% paperless lending fintech platform.

What you will do:

- Own the company's engineering roadmap - priority, release cadence and delivery, built AI-native by default.
- Own architecture for an AI-first platform - ML-driven underwriting, fraud and risk decisioning across the loan origination system and its bank and NBFC integrations.
- Lead DevOps, QA and internal technology systems using AI-assisted testing, monitoring and automation.
- Own security posture, technology compliance and AI/ML model governance, audit-ready by design.
- Build and lead an AI-native engineering organisation - hire engineers who build with AI by default, and own performance,



succession and bench depth at the manager and architect layer.
- Own the AI strategy end-to-end - where AI creates product advantage, and how the team builds with it.

Who we are looking for:

- Experience: 12+ years, including 3+ years leading engineers through managers.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Has run a high-availability platform where partner and third-party API integrations are the main source of failure.
- Has operated inside a regulated or audited workplace and handled findings directly.
- Fintech, lending, marketplace or auto-tech background preferred.
