Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop commercial kitchen designs, drawings, and plans for various projects using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
- Develop detailed specifications for building materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) based on client requirements.
- Lead a large team
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in commercial kitchen designs,
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software with expertise in creating complex designs from concept to completion.
- Robust understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers.
