About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Java Technology Lead with deep expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud-native architectures. The individual will drive technical design decisions, lead backend engineering initiatives, mentor development teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable and resilient enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Define microservices architecture standards and best practices.
- Drive technical decision-making for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Review and approve application designs and code quality standards.

Solution Design & Delivery :

- Design and implement complex REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Lead integrations with external platforms, messaging systems, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure successful deployment and operational readiness of applications.

Team Leadership & Governance :

- Mentor and guide developers across projects.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews,



and technical assessments.
- Establish engineering standards and development best practices.
- Drive Agile delivery and technical excellence across teams.

Required Skills :

- 9-12 years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid expertise in database design and optimization across SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Expertise in OAuth2, JWT, and application security frameworks.
- Exposure to frontend technologies for full-stack collaboration.
- Experience in high-volume transactional systems and performance optimization.
- Prior experience leading engineering teams or large technology initiatives
