Responsibilities – Hairstylist

- Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-dry and basic hair treatments.

- Provide hair colouring, highlighting and other salon services as per customer requirements.

- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.

- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the salon and work station.

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Handle salon products and equipment safely and responsibly.

- Support sales through product recommendations and service upselling.

Responsibilities – Beautician

- Provide beauty services such as facials, threading, waxing, cleanup and basic skin-care services.

- Provide qualified grooming and beauty consultations based on customer requirements.

- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of beauty equipment and work areas.

- Ensure a comfortable and positive customer experience.

- Recommend suitable beauty services and products to customers.

- Follow salon standards, safety procedures and service protocols.
