Role & responsibilities -

- OPD Management: Conduct daily Gynaecological and Obstetric Outpatient consultations, diagnose illnesses, and formulate treatment plans.

- Ultrasonography (USG): Perform routine Obstetric and Gynaecological ultrasound scans (Fetal Monitoring, Pelvic USG, etc.).

- Obstetric Care &
- Deliveries:

Manage normal vaginal deliveries, assist in or independently perform instrumental deliveries and Caesarean sections (C-Sections) under senior supervision.

- Inpatient &

- Ward Management:

Oversee patient admission, ward rounds, post-operative care, and emergency triage in the Labour Room / Maternity Ward.

- Procedures &

- Assistance:

Assist senior Gynaecologists in minor/major surgical procedures (Laparoscopy, Hysterectomy, D&C;, etc.).

- Emergency Care: Handle obstetric and gynaecological emergencies during designated duty hours.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: MBBS with MS / MD / DNB / DGO in Obstetrics &
- Gynaecology.

- Experience:



3 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience (Freshers with valid post-graduation degree/diploma are welcome).

- Technical Skills:

- Basic to intermediate hands-on ultrasound scanning skills in OB-GYN.

- Proficiency in handling labour room procedures and managing deliveries.

- Registration: Valid Medical Council Registration (State Council or NMC).

- Soft Skills: Strong patient communication skills, compassionate bedside manner, and ability to work efficiently in emergency settings.
