We are looking for a warm, confident, and well-presented Guest Relations Manager to be the face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure every guest receives a welcoming, attentive, and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage guest arrivals, seating, and table coordination.
- Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide recommendations when required.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain strong relationships with regular and VIP guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Assist with reservations and special occasions.
- Ensure the restaurant’s hospitality and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Represent the brand professionally and create a positive first impression.

Requirements

- Previous experience in guest relations,



hospitality, front office, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is an advantage.
