Company Description Bayer’s Nests is a boutique hospitality brand founded by IIM graduates, offering comfortable, well-designed homes and studio apartments across Hyderabad. We focus on delivering a seamless, responsive and guest-centric stay experience.

Role Description We are looking for a proactive and responsible Guest Experience Management Intern to manage the guest relationship throughout their stay. This will be 1-2 hour per day work.

The role will primarily involve regular communication with guests , understanding their experience, proactively identifying any concerns, and ensuring that issues are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities -

- Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay
- Proactively check in with guests to understand if they are facing any issues
- Identify guest concerns related to the property, amenities, cleanliness, check-in, etc.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team and pass on issues requiring on-ground resolution
- Follow up with the Operations Team and the guest to ensure issues are resolved




- Handle guest concerns professionally and empathetically
- Maintain a simple tracker of guest issues, resolutions and feedback
- Collect and track guest feedback, reviews and ratings
- Identify recurring guest concerns and highlight them to management
- Help improve the overall guest experience and service quality

Qualifications

- Excellent English communication skills ; Hindi/Telugu preferred
- Friendly, empathetic and comfortable speaking with guests
- Highly responsive and proactive
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive problem-solving and communication abilities
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel
- Able to take ownership and ensure issues are followed through to closure
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or guest relations is a plus

Compensation Rs 3000 to Rs 5000 (it is a 1-2 hours per day work only)
