We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join us at Observal.

What you'll do

- Work closely with the product and engineering team to understand Observal and the problems it solves for developers using AI coding agents.
- Explore developer communities, GitHub, Reddit, X, LinkedIn and other places where developers are already talking about AI coding tools.
- Create and test different ways of introducing Observal to developers through content, community engagement, product demos and direct outreach.
- Work on developer-focused content around AI coding agents, agent workflows, MCP servers, Skills, Hooks, Prompts and developer tools.
- Track what is working, look at user feedback and engagement, and use those insights to improve our GTM experiments.
- Work with the team to test new ideas for getting more developers to discover, try and use Observal.

What we're looking for

- Good understanding of technology and developer tools.
- Interest in AI coding agents, LLMs, developer tools and open-source software.
- Good communication and writing skills.




- Comfortable exploring platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, X, Reddit and developer communities
- Ability to research companies, developers, products and communities.
- Curiosity to understand a product deeply and figure out who would actually find it useful.
- Willingness to experiment, try different approaches and learn from what works.

Required skills

- Understanding of AI and developer tools.
- Valuable communication and content writing skills.
- Research and market analysis.
- Familiarity with GitHub and developer communities.
- Basic understanding of APIs, SaaS products and technical concepts.
- Understanding of social media and community platforms.

Experience

- Around 2 years of experience in developer marketing, GTM, growth, technical content, community building, sales engineering, software development or a related area.
- Experience working with developer-focused products, SaaS, AI tools or open-source projects.
- Experience researching users, communities or potential customers.
- Experience creating technical content, running outreach or testing different ways to reach users.

Location : Remote

Stipend: ₹15K - 30K per month
