- Create launch plans and content calendars for recent book releases.

- Coordinate launch campaigns across social media, email, website, and partner channels.

- Track launch performance and suggest optimization strategies.

nCustomer Journey & Lifecycle Marketing

- Map and optimize customer journeys from awareness to purchase and retention.
n
- Build and manage email nurture sequences and automated workflows.
n
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for engagement.

nContent & Copywriting

- Write marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social media, ads, and website content.
n
- Develop author-focused and learner-focused content strategies.
n
- Collaborate with design and publishing teams to create marketing assets.

nTechnical & Strategic Marketing

- Manage marketing automation tools and CRM workflows.
n
- Support website content updates and conversion optimization initiatives.

- Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.

nRemarketing

- Create remarketing campaigns for website visitors, leads, and existing customers.
