About the Role

Fazlani Exports is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Mahape, Ghansoli. The ideal candidate should have robust graphic design skills with the ability to create attractive, professional, and commercially effective designs for packaging, gifting products, FMCG products, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

Candidates with experience in Packaging Design, FMCG, Gifting Products, Video Editing, and Social Media Content Creation will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Create innovative and attractive packaging designs for various products.
- Design labels, boxes, cartons, pouches, sleeves, gift packs, and other packaging materials.
- Develop creative designs for FMCG and gifting products.
- Create brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create social media creatives, product banners, digital advertisements, and website graphics.
- Create and edit short promotional videos, reels, product videos, and social media content.
- Add basic motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and effects where required.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand creative requirements.
- Prepare artwork according to printing and production specifications.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, and production teams when required.




- Maintain brand consistency across product packaging and marketing communication.
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and other relevant design software.
- Good understanding of packaging design and print production.
- Strong understanding of typography, colours, layouts, branding, and visual communication.
- Ability to create original and commercially effective designs.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, portfolio, and relevant industry exposure.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded, and detail-oriented designer who can handle both day-to-day graphic design requirements and larger creative projects.

A candidate who can independently handle graphic design + packaging design + basic video editing/social media content will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,349.02 - ₹70,000.00 per month
