About the Role An execution-focused role developing visual content for brands, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials under the creative and marketing teams' direction — suited to someone who wants to learn and grow in a professional creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design & Creative Execution — Design social posts, carousels, ads, posters, and banners; build layouts and typography per brand guidelines; adapt designs across platforms and formats.
- Creative Collaboration — Work with creative, marketing, video, and project teams; contribute ideas in brainstorms; take feedback and revise within deadlines.
- Project & File Management — Handle multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and keep source files and assets organized and print/digital-ready.

Key Performance Areas Design quality, creative thinking, visual consistency, attention to detail, brief comprehension, turnaround time, revision handling, typography/layout skill, brand adherence, collaboration.

Required Skills

Must Have: Strong grasp of design fundamentals (typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, layout); working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Affinity, Figma,



or Canva; ability to design for social/digital platforms and execute briefs within deadlines.

Good to Have: Branding basics; UI/UX fundamentals; motion graphics or animation; video editing basics; photography or illustration skills; multi-industry design experience.

Who We're Looking For A strong visual eye, genuine interest in design, ability to identify (and explain) what makes a design work, openness to feedback, detail orientation, and willingness to learn new tools.

Education & Experience

Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or Animation preferred, not mandatory. Freshers with a solid portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Portfolio Requirement

Social media designs, branding projects, posters, campaign creatives, ads, carousels, presentations, logo/identity work, or personal/college projects.

Reporting & Collaboration

Reports to Creative / Project Lead; works with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, marketing, and project teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
