# Graphic Designer Cum Marketing Executive

### Role & Responsibilities

Create social media posts, reels, brochures, hoardings, standees and other marketing creatives.

- Manage social media content and monthly content calendars.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, photographers and internal teams.
- Handle project branding and overall marketing requirements.
- Conduct competitor research and follow current marketing trends.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations.

### Required Skills

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/CorelDRAW.

- Good understanding of social media, branding and digital marketing.
- Creative, organised and detail-oriented.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Real-estate experience preferred.
