About the role

Unique World Robotics (UWR) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a strong passion for visual design and branding & Video Editing. The primary responsibility of this role is to create high-quality, engaging graphic content for digital platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative content for social media, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns

Create banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, events, and marketing activities

Create engaging Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and other video content

Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual and video content

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver creative outputs on time

Revise and optimize designs and videos based on feedback

Organize and maintain design assets, project files, and brand resources

Stay updated with the latest design, video editing, social media, and AI tools

Key Requirements

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Proficiency in at least one video editing tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar





Good understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, composition, and layout

Creative thinking with strong attention to detail

Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

Good understanding of social media content formats and trends

Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications / Added Advantages

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation

Experience creating Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos

Basic knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and shooting techniques

Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras is an added advantage

Basic understanding of video production and content shooting

Familiarity with AI tools for design, video editing, and content creation

Experience working on social media campaigns or digital marketing projects

Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work, including academic, personal, freelance, or qualified projects
