About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into visually engaging designs and intuitive digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, branding, social media creatives, website/app interfaces, and user experience. You will work closely with the marketing, development, and business teams to create designs that are both visually appealing and functional.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

- Create engaging designs for social media posts, ads, banners, campaigns, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Develop concepts and visual directions for marketing campaigns.
- Create graphics, illustrations, icons and other visual assets as required.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver creatives accordingly.

UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis where required.
- Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Create prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and interactions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented designs and suggest improvements based on usability and visual consistency.
- Maintain and improve UI components and design systems.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Graphic Design and UI/UX principles.




- Proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Ability to create professional social media and marketing creatives.
- Basic understanding of user experience and usability principles.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into visual concepts.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Canva.
- Knowledge of basic animation/motion graphics.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented by developers.
- Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products or web applications.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of current UI/UX and digital design trends.
