Graphic Designer

Sunlight Sports Studio is currently seeking a highly driven and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Bengaluru. This full time role requires strong visual storytelling skills with a core focus on multichannel design for sports and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency, and thrive in a fast-paced environment driven by the sports calendar.

You will play a key role in producing high-impact creative assets — from digital campaigns to print collateral — that bring our partner brands to life.

About Us: Sunlight Sports Studio LLP is a dynamic sports equipment retail and marketing company. We handle creative strategy and marketing for major sports brands like Li-Ning and Hundred in India. Our work spans digital campaigns, content creation, and retail activations that bring sports gear to life.

Skills & Responsibilities

- Design high-impact posters, website banners, and promotional PDFs for digital and print distribution.
- Develop engaging visual content (static and motion) for real-time game updates and brand campaigns.
- Produce creative assets for merchandise launches, ticket sales, and sponsorship activations.
- Translate abstract ideas and campaign briefs into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.




- Execute high-quality designs under tight deadlines to align with the sports calendar and breaking news.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Strong design fundamentals, including a keen eye for typography, layout, composition, and colour theory, demonstrated through past work examples.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with marketing teams, video editors, and 3D artists.
- Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring consistent brand application and organized file management.

Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 / year, depending on experience and design proficiency.

Working Conditions

- Type: Full-time, on-site at Sunlight Sports Studio LLP.
- Hours: Standard office hours (Mon–Sat), with flexibility required during major festivals, tournament cycles, and live sports events.
