Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and print materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing graphics and layouts, preparing logo and brand identity elements, and ensuring design consistency across all deliverables. The role involves collaborating with marketing and client-facing teams, interpreting briefs, presenting design options, and revising work based on feedback.

Designer will work with standard design tools,



manage multiple projects, and maintain organized files and production-ready assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color, and visual composition.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities for clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and related principles of font selection, hierarchy, and readability.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in visual design for digital and print media, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects, is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru in a collaborative team environment are beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory if supported by robust portfolio evidence.
