Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & AI Video Editor who can create high-quality visual and video content in both English and Telugu.

The candidate should combine good design and editing fundamentals with the ability to choose the most suitable tools based on the clients requirement, expected quality and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social-media creatives, campaign materials and digital advertisements.
- Edit reels, short-form videos, interviews, promotional videos and other digital content.
- Work comfortably with both English and Telugu content.
- Handle Telugu and English subtitles, titles, supers and on-screen text accurately.
- Understand Telugu spoken content sufficiently to edit videos correctly.
- Convert raw footage into polished and engaging digital content.
- Create AI-assisted visuals and videos where required.
- Work with content and strategy teams to convert concepts and scripts into visual output.
- Adapt visual style based on the clients industry, audience and brand positioning.
- Deliver quality output with good speed and turnaround time.
- Continuously explore newer tools and technologies that can improve output quality, creativity and production speed.





Core Tools Working knowledge of the following is expected:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Google Flow
- Canva

The candidate should also be willing to continuously learn and upgrade to newer editing, design and AI tools as technology evolves.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should share

- Graphic-design portfolio
- Minimum 3 edited videos/reels
- At least 1 Telugu-edited video
- At least 1 English-edited video
- At least 1 AI-assisted video or creative
- Examples of social-media creatives
- Details of editing, design and AI tools currently used

The role will initially be based in Vijayawada for approximately 3 to 6 months. As part of the companys expansion plans, Shooting Stars Media intends to establish an office in Hyderabad. Once the Hyderabad office is operational, the selected candidate will have the chance to shift and work from the Hyderabad office, based on business requirements and mutual discussion.
