Graphic Design Lead

Location: Noida

Working Days: 6 Days WFO

Experience : 6+ Years

We are now looking for a highly creative and hands-on Graphic Design Lead to elevate the visual identity and overall look & feel of our app communication and brand creatives.

## What You'll Do

Lead & mentor a team of designers

Drive fresh, modern, high-impact creatives

Own app and brand visual storytelling

Work on motion graphics, micro-animations & interactive visuals

Bring AI-led creative workflows and experimentation into the team

Balance strategy, creativity, and execution in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For





5+ years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Communication

Prior team handling or mentoring experience

Strong portfolio with branding, digital campaigns & app-focused creatives

Expertise in typography, layouts, color systems & visual hierarchy

Motion graphics / Lottie / interactive design experience is a plus

Experience in D2C, beauty, lifestyle, or app-first brands preferred
