Key Responsibilities
- Create static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing requirements.
- Work with the creative and marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver designs on time.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency with upGrad’s brand guidelines.
- Explore new design trends and contribute creative ideas.
Requirements
- Well-versed with
Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of design, typography, layouts, and visual aesthetics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks.
- Portfolio/design samples are preferred.
