Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and assets for personal branding campaigns, including logos, social media graphics, pitch decks, and marketing collateral. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with strategists and content teams to translate brand positioning into cohesive visual identities, refining existing designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency across all digital and print touchpoints. The role involves working on multiple client projects simultaneously,



meeting deadlines, and maintaining high design standards that align with Iconic Edge’s brand ethos.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with an understanding of readability and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in personal branding, social media design, or digital marketing environments is an advantage.
