Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based at FemiSafe’s office in Kochi.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, product packaging, website visuals, and marketing collateral aligned with FemiSafe’s brand identity.

Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging visual designs, designing logos and brand elements, and refining typography and layouts for campaigns and product launches. The role involves maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints, preparing files for production, and iterating on design concepts based on feedback and performance data.

Designer will also contribute ideas to creative campaigns and support the development of visual standards and design guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to build and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design, ensuring clarity, readability, and visual appeal.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience designing for consumer brands, D2C or FMCG products preferred.
