Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and create high-quality visual content for our digital marketing, social media, website and branding requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, good knowledge of design tools, an understanding of digital marketing creatives, and the ability to convert ideas and content into visually engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and professional social media posts, banners, advertisements, carousels and stories.
- Create graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Design creatives for Google/Meta advertising campaigns.
- Create website banners, promotional graphics, brochures, presentations and marketing materials.
- Develop designs according to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs and other visual assets.
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand creative requirements.
- Convert marketing concepts and content into attractive visual designs.
- Create promotional creatives for products, services, campaigns and events.
- Handle multiple design assignments and deliver them within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends and digital creative formats.




- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet quality standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW/InDesign will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Typography, Colour Theory, Layout and Composition.
- Experience designing social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic knowledge of video/reel editing will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative/design tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.
- Strong portfolio is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on multiple creative requirements and meeting deadlines.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered.
