Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) – Electrical / Mechanical

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET) from Electrical and Mechanical Engineering backgrounds to join our engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on technical experience, project exposure, and professional training while working closely with experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering and project activities.
- Support engineering design, documentation, testing, installation, and project execution.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, BOQs, material requirements, and project documentation.
- Support site visits, inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, quality, and project teams.
- Follow engineering standards, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
- Assist in identifying and resolving basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Learn and apply company processes, engineering practices, and project requirements.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them within the required timelines.
- Perform other engineering-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Electrical Engineering – Preferred Knowledge




- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and electrical components.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
- Basic knowledge of electrical panels, switchgear, cables, and control systems.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical design software will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of electrical testing and commissioning.

Mechanical Engineering – Preferred Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of engineering materials, dimensions, and tolerances.

Eligibility
- B.E. / B.Tech graduates in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates who are willing to work in Chennai and travel to project/site locations when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
