Key Responsibilities:

- Design, execute, and oversee mechanical tests, including tensile, bend, impact, hardness testing.

- Training to perform mechanical testing on composites

- Analyze test data, prepare detailed reports as per client requirement.

- Stay be familiar with international standards for testing ex. ASTM A370, E23 etc.

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure tests are completed within designated timelines.

- Continuously update knowledge on different grades of metals and materials used in the manufacturing process.

- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing procedures and product quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience in a quality/testing role within the mechanical engineering industry.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and materials science,



with a particular focus on different grades of metals.

- Proven experience in designing and conducting mechanical tests and analyzing data.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering and product testing.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Highly motivated with a proven track record of completing projects on time.

- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
