About the Role:
We are hiring fresh Mechanical Engineering Graduates to join our Transmission Assembly Department as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET). This role is dedicated strictly to the high-precision technical assembly of complex mechanical transmission systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transmission Assembly: Perform high-precision technical assembly of complex mechanical transmission systems.
- Process Documentation: Fill out and maintain accurate shift logs, inspection checklists, and assembly records.
- Tooling Operations: Learn and use specialized assembly tools, fixtures, and shop floor equipment safely.
- ISO & Quality Compliance: Strictly follow quality guidelines and safety standards on the assembly floor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering exclusively. (Other engineering branches or degrees will not be considered).
- Experience Level: Freshers only.
- Core Skills:
Basic understanding of engineering drawings, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a discipline for following safety rules.
- Academic Eligibility: Clear academic record with no active backlogs/arrears.
Terms & Conditions (For Freshers):
- Service Bond: 3 Years mandatory service bond upon joining.
- Compensation: ₹3.45 LPA fixed CTC for the first year.
