Role &

- Responsibilities

- Government &
- Regulatory Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact with BBMP, BWSSB, BESCOM, local authorities, and other government departments for approvals, permits, clearances, and regulatory matters.

- Property Documentation &

- Registration:

Coordinate property documentation, stamp duty, registration, Khata/E-Khata, property tax, and other property-related processes with the concerned authorities.

- Approvals &

- Licences:

Prepare and submit applications for required approvals, licences, permits, NOCs, and clearances, and follow up with the relevant departments until completion.

- Property &

- Land Records:

Coordinate matters relating to land titles, ownership records, Khata records, and other property documentation, and assist in resolving discrepancies with the Legal Team and authorities.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable property, real estate, construction, and labour-related requirements, including ESI, PF, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements.

- Government &

- Local Authority Queries:

Handle and coordinate responses to queries or matters raised by government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local police in relation to company properties and transactions.

- Stakeholder Coordination &

- Records:





Coordinate with internal teams, legal professionals, contractors, government officials, and other stakeholders, while maintaining proper records of property documents, approvals, licences, and regulatory correspondence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any field; Law, Real Estate, or a related field will be preferred, with relevant experience in real estate liaison and property matters.

- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, property documentation, land titles, Khata/E-Khata, property tax, registrations, construction permits, and Karnataka regulations.

- Good understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including ESI, PF, minimum wages, and other compliance requirements related to real estate and construction.

- Proficiency in Kannada and English, with solid communication, coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with government authorities and other stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel frequently to government offices and other locations; a personal vehicle is preferred/required.

- Preferably male candidate considering the travel and field-based nature of the role.
