Responsibilities

Identify and generate business opportunities from government departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies and government institutions.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with government officials, decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Handle government tenders, EOI/RFP opportunities, empanelments, and bidding processes.

Coordinate with internal teams for preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.

Manage government client meetings, follow-ups, documentation,



and project coordination.

Track upcoming government projects, tenders, and business opportunities.

Support the company in government liaison and business development.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.

Maintain a database of government contacts, prospects, tenders, and ongoing opportunities.

Coordinate with senior management on government business strategy and pipeline.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Advertising, PR, Media, events, or BTL agency.

Strong understanding of government sales, tenders, and liaison.

Existing network/contacts with government departments, PSUs or government institutions will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong follow-up and business development abilities.

Comfortable with frequent meetings and government office coordination.
