We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and conversion-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Optimize keywords, bids, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce and creative teams to improve campaign performance.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience with e-commerce advertising and conversion tracking.
- Positive analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns independently.
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and Performance Max is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
