Job Purpose To ensure branch audits are conducted within the defined TAT and quality standards, with proper verification of gold collateral, security measures, stock and audit compliances.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct gold loan collateral valuation using standard methods.
- Perform all required checks to verify the purity and quality of gold collateral.
- Ensure branch audits are completed within defined TAT and quality standards.
- Conduct systematic monthly checks to verify gold stock held at branches.
- Verify previous audit reports and ensure compliance with identified observations.
- Conduct security checks during audits, including verification of burglary alarms, CCTV, weighing balances and other security measures.
- Be willing to travel to other states/locations for audits and related activities.
- Conduct training sessions for branch staff on gold loan valuation and related processes.
