Role & responsibilities

- Recruitment and Selection: Ensuring the recruitment and selection of staff are productive and effective.

- Staff Management: Overseeing the performance and development of HR staff.

- HR Policies: Developing and implementing HR policies and practices.

- Operational Efficiency: Streamlining HR processes to enhance operational efficiency within the hospital.

Preferred candidate profile

- Previous experience in hospital is mandatory.

- Proficiency in operations management, team building, HR policies, and healthcare information technology (HIT).

- A Master's Degree focused in Human Resources or a related field, such as BA IRPM, LLB, or PGDIRPM from a reputable institution.
