Role & responsibilities

- Lead the Structural Engineering function and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.

- Independently lead complex Precast, RCC, and Steel structural engineering projects from concept/design stage through final engineering deliverables.

- Review and approve structural analysis, design calculations, design concepts, and technical solutions prepared by the engineering team.

- Lead and mentor a team of Structural Engineers and Designers, ensuring effective resource planning, work allocation, technical guidance, and timely project delivery.

- Ensure designs comply with relevant National and International design codes and standards, including ACI, BS, Eurocodes, and applicable Indian Standards.

- Coordinate closely with Projects, Sales, Estimation, Production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth project execution.

- Provide technical and engineering support to the Sales & Marketing team during proposals, technical discussions, and customer presentations.

- Lead technical interactions with clients, consultants, architects,



and other external stakeholders and provide effective solutions to engineering/design-related requirements.

- Drive value engineering and design optimization to achieve technically sound and cost-effective solutions.

- Establish and maintain engineering quality standards, design processes, review mechanisms, and best practices within the department.

- Identify technical risks at an early stage and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

- Support continuous improvement, standardization, and development of engineering capabilities within the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.E/B.tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.

- Experience: 12-20 years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering, with robust exposure to Precast Concrete, RCC, and/or Steel Structures.

- Candidates with experience in precast technology, large-scale engineering projects, international projects, or multinational engineering organizations will be preferred.
