The role combines technical and solution leadership with industrial transformation, client engagement, and value realization Key Responsibilities

- Work with senior client stakeholders to identify high-value operational challenges and translate them into AI-enabled solution opportunities.
- Lead solution architecture, engineering, and deployment across AI, data, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
- Define technical approaches across AI orchestration, cloud architecture, distributed systems, data pipelines, DevOps, and enterprise integration.
- Lead deployed engineering teams from problem discovery and prototyping through production deployment and scale-up.




- Apply industrial domain knowledge across manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, quality, warehouse, and connected operations.
- Drive solution adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable operational and business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong experience leading AI, software, data, or platform engineering teams in complex client environments.
- Ability to connect business problems, industrial processes, technology architecture, and measurable value.
- Strong solution architecture capabilities with sufficient hands-on technical depth to guide engineering decisions and challenge delivery teams.
- Experience working with senior business, operations, engineering, and technology stakeholders. Robust understanding of industrial operations and the ability to identify where AI and digital technologies can materially improve performance.
