Role Description The Global Translation Delivery Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of translation projects across multiple languages and regions. This role manages project timelines, resource allocation, and workflows to ensure high-quality translations are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring project progress, addressing risks and issues, and maintaining quality standards aligned with Lekhak.app’s accuracy goals.

The Project

Manager will also handle client communication, clarify requirements,



provide status updates, and support continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance global translation operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills to plan, organize, and oversee multiple translation projects simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Translation and language-related skills to understand workflows, linguistic requirements, and cultural nuances.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance skills to review deliverables, enforce standards, and drive process improvements.
- Experience managing localization or translation projects in a technology or SaaS environment is highly beneficial.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
