Fluent spoken English is mandatory

Excellent verbal and written communication

Clear, confident and professional communication style

Comfortable communicating with US/UK customers

Strong listening and comprehension skills

Good customer-handling and problem-solving ability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle customer queries professionally through international customer service channels
- Communicate confidently with US/UK customers in fluent English
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain a professional, polite and customer-focused approach
