Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Business Finance

Support the CFO in developing and executing the company’s financial strategy and business plans.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Drive profitability improvement, cost optimization, and financial performance across business units.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts and provide variance analysis.

Develop MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for leadership review.

Analyze project-wise and business-unit-wise profitability.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, and financial reporting requirements.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.

Project & Cost Finance

Monitor financial performance of EPC, construction, infrastructure, and other projects.

Review project costing, revenue recognition, WIP, margins,



claims, and cost overruns.

Strengthen project financial controls and working-capital management.

Partner with project and operations teams to improve financial efficiency.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Oversee cash-flow planning, liquidity management, banking operations, and working capital.

Manage banking relationships, fund requirements, borrowings, guarantees, and other banking facilities.

Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and cash conversion cycles.

Taxation & Risk Management

Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance and assessments.

Identify financial and business risks and establish appropriate mitigation measures.

Strengthen internal financial controls, policies, processes, and governance.

Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team across functions/business units.

Build robust financial processes and performance-driven finance teams.

Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Operations, Projects, Legal, and Business teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

8 -10 years of overall experience with significant experience in a senior finance leadership role.

Experience in EPC, infrastructure, construction, real estate, amusement/theme parks, or other project-driven businesses preferred.
