Position: Girls Hostel Warden

Department: Hostel Administration / Student Affairs

Location: College Campus

Reporting To: Principal / Hostel Administrator / Management

Job Summary The Girls Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall administration, discipline, safety, welfare and day-to-day management of the girls' hostel. The Warden will ensure a safe, disciplined, hygienic and supportive residential environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all resident students.
- Maintain hostel discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Monitor student attendance, in/out movements, permissions and leave records.
- Supervise hostel timings, study hours, dining arrangements and other routine activities.
- Address students' concerns,



grievances and welfare-related issues promptly.
- Maintain proper hostel records, registers and documentation.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians whenever required.
- Coordinate with the Principal, college administration, security, housekeeping, mess and maintenance teams.
- Monitor hostel cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and general maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of hostel facilities and report maintenance issues to the concerned department.
- Handle emergencies and immediately escalate responsible medical, safety, disciplinary or security

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
