We are looking for an experienced and responsible Girls Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations, discipline, safety, and overall well-being of students residing in the hostel.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the girls' hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, discipline, and well-being of all residents.
- Maintain hostel attendance, visitor records, leave records, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitor students' daily routines and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Address students' concerns and coordinate with parents/guardians when required.
- Handle emergencies and coordinate with management, medical services, or security personnel when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff.
- Prepare regular reports regarding hostel activities, incidents, attendance, and discipline.
- Ensure a safe, supportive,



and positive residential workplace for students.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Girls Hostel Warden or in a similar residential/hostel management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage students with patience, discipline, and empathy.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and challenging situations responsibly.
- Experience in an educational institution, residential school, or coaching institute will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a residential hostel environment.
