Role Description: As a Geography Optional Mentor, you will work 1-on-1 with UPSC aspirants to help them improve their preparation and answer-writing. You will guide students on strategy, review their answers, decode PYQs, identify trends, and help them strengthen content, diagrams, and presentation.

Qualifications

Must have appeared for the UPSC Interview in the last 5 years

Solid command of Geography Optional content

Good understanding of PYQs, trends, and question demands

Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback

Robust communication and mentoring skills

Passion for helping aspirants improve their performance
