Role Description The Generative AI Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training programs on generative AI concepts, tools, and applications for learners at various skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and training materials, creating practical labs and projects, and conducting classroom and workshop sessions in Mumbai.

The role involves evaluating learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and continuously improving training content based on industry developments and learner needs.



The Generative AI Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align programs with NIIT’s standards and client requirements, and may support pre-sales or consulting activities related to AI training solutions. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with applied experience in generative AI models (e.g., large language models, image generation, prompt engineering).
- Proficiency with relevant tools and frameworks such as Python, common ML libraries, and popular generative AI platforms or APIs.
- Experience in designing curricula, developing training content, and delivering instructor-led or blended learning programs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and engage diverse learners.
- Ability to assess learner progress, provide structured feedback, and adjust teaching methods to improve outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced certifications in AI/ML or instructional design are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI trends.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced training environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting program delivery timelines.
