MailerMen is looking for a Generative AI / LLM Engineer to join our growing Gurugram engineering group. You will develop AI-powered product features using large language models, covering prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, AI workflows and API integrations. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Gurugram office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Department: Engineering - Generative AI Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

- Maintain prompt libraries and evaluation datasets.
- Work with frontend and backend teams to ship AI features.




- Implement guardrails and secure-output handling for AI features.
- Design prompts and evaluation workflows for reliable AI outputs.
- Evaluate model quality, latency, cost and reliability.
- Create AI agents and workflow automations where appropriate.
- Develop LLM-powered features for web and business applications.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Azure OpenAI, Pinecone, Vector Databases, Weaviate, LlamaIndex, Guardrails
