Reports To : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Compensation : INR 20-25 LPA

Role Summary :

GM-Finance will lead the overall finance function and ensure strong financial governance across the organization. The role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury management, cash flow optimization, management reporting, internal controls,

and strategic financial support to the leadership team. The incumbent will drive operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial insights that support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the annual budgeting process, long-term financial plans, and periodic forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, financial statements, and performance analyses for management.




- Ensure accurate accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation, audits, ROC filings, and all statutory and regulatory compliances.
- Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, cash flow planning, fund utilization, and working capital management.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Monitor business performance through financial analysis, profitability reviews, cost control initiatives, and variance analysis.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, investment evaluation, and business case preparation.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities whenever required.
- Providing strategic oversight and leadership to the Sales function, ensuring alignment with the organization's financial and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while promoting accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improvement of finance systems and reporting.

Candidate Profile :

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.





- Around 10 years of progressive experience in Finance leadership, Finance Manager, or Finance Controller roles.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, or similar sectors will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting, taxation, audits, treasury, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Candidate must be based in Mumbai.
