Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Manage and coordinate teams including Design, Execution, Sales, Business Development, and Administration.
- Monitor operational performance and improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads for effective execution of operational activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational budgets.
- Identify current business opportunities and support the growth of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills





- 5–7 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of business operations and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-department operations.
