Ravima Ventures is a growing real estate company focused on delivering quality projects and exceptional value to clients. We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Civil to lead civil construction operations and ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective project execution.

Role Overview The General Manager – Civil will oversee civil construction activities from planning to completion, managing project teams, contractors, consultants, quality, timelines, costs, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil construction activities from planning to project completion.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and site/project teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate structural, finishing, infrastructure, and MEP works.
- Review BOQs, estimates, tenders, contractor bills, and variations.
- Identify construction issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC,



and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Drive cost optimization and efficient utilization of resources.
- Ensure timely project completion, handover, and closure.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate.
- Solid knowledge of construction, quality, estimation, contracts, and project management.
- Experience managing contractors and multiple project teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of safety and statutory compliance.
