Job Overview

We are hiring Leaders & Senior Leaders with solid Bengaluru real estate experience and a proven track record in sales and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and manage a real estate sales team.

Bring an existing team or build a productive team.

Drive monthly sales and revenue targets.

Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures.

Manage team performance, follow-ups and sales pipeline.

Eligibility

Graduate with minimum 4+ years of real estate sales experience.

2+ years of team handling/leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market.

Proven sales and target achievement record.

Candidates with an existing team will be preferred.
