Suwalka Motors is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to lead our Urban Car Sales operations. The role requires strong leadership, automotive retail experience and the ability to drive sales growth while developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute urban sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor and manage the sales team.
- Drive vehicle sales volume and market penetration.
- Achieve revenue, profitability and market-share targets.
- Monitor sales KPIs and improve team productivity.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience.
- Coordinate with dealership management and other departments.
- Preferred Candidate: Robust experience in automobile/dealership sales with proven experience in managing large sales teams and business targets.
