We are looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager -Digital Marketing & Branding skilled to lead the organisations digital presence, brand positioning, and online growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.

Lead digital campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, display advertising and other relevant channels.

Identify emerging digital trends, technologies and platforms to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing plans and budgets.

2. Brand Management & Positioning

Develop and strengthen the organisation's brand identity and market positioning.

Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity and tone of communication across all channels.

Lead brand campaigns, launches, events and promotional initiatives.

Monitor brand perception, visibility and digital reputation.

3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Drive high-quality lead generation through digital campaigns.

Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and other relevant digital platforms.

Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI/ROAS and other key performance indicators.

Work closely with the admissions/sales/business development teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

4. Social Media & Content

Develop and oversee the organisation's social media strategy across relevant platforms.

Lead content planning, including reels, videos, campaigns, thought-leadership content,



blogs, creatives and digital storytelling.

Ensure content is engaging, relevant and aligned with brand objectives.

Build and manage the organisation's online community and engagement.

5. Website, SEO & Online Presence

Oversee website content, user experience and digital visibility.

Develop SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

Monitor website analytics, traffic sources, conversions and user behaviour.

Coordinate with technology/web development teams for website improvements.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Establish digital marketing KPIs and performance dashboards.

Analyse campaign and channel performance and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports for senior management with insights, trends and recommendations.

Use data and market insights to support marketing decisions and budget allocation.

7. Team & Agency Management

Lead, mentor and develop the digital marketing and branding team.

Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.

Manage external agencies, creative partners, media agencies and other vendors.

Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing campaigns and brand assets.

8. Integrated Marketing

Collaborate with admissions, sales, HR, corporate communications and other departments to ensure integrated brand communication.

Support offline marketing, events, PR and corporate branding initiatives where required.

Develop campaigns that integrate online and offline marketing touchpoints.
