We are Hiring for GenAI Ops Specialist

NP : Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

- Platform Engineering: Set up and manage infrastructure for GenAI apps ensuring scalability, security, and availability.
- Model Lifecycle Management: Versioning, testing, validation, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting.
- Integration: Deploy AI workflows into existing systems, ensuring seamless use of LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.).
- Governance & Security: Implement Responsible AI guardrails, ensure data privacy, compliance, FinOps monitoring.
- Ops Practices: Logging, monitoring, documentation, CI/CD pipelines for AI.

Skills & Requirements
- Must-Haves:
- 2+ years in GenAI application ops (with 5+ overall in AI Ops/DevOps/ML).




- Hands-on with cloud LLM deployments (OpenAI@Azure, Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex).
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Strong coding (Python, PySpark, TypeScript).
- Cloud + containerization (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Docker, K8s).
- Exposure to vector/graph/SQL DBs.
- Solid collaboration, cross-cultural communication.

- Preferred
- 5+ years AI Ops / DevOps.
- MLOps, CI/CD experience.
- Data engineering background.
- Cloud/AI certifications.
- Knowledge of LibreChat (plus).
